There are many myths and half-truths surrounding extinguishing fires in electric cars. At the end of December 2025, I was a guest on a podcast as an expert on high-voltage systems and explained what really matters when extinguishing burning electric cars.
Practical training courses
In this training, I demonstrate to rescue and recovery personnel in a practical and clear manner the correct handling of battery-electric vehicles in emergency situations.
Emergency services training
This training provides emergency responders with a comprehensive overview of the safe handling of high-voltage and hydrogen systems in the transportation sector. Participants gain up-to-date, practical knowledge for firefighting and emergency response situations involving vehicles, industrial plants, and refueling and charging infrastructure. The training meets the requirements of DGUV FBHM-099 and DGUV Information 209-093.
